It covers an area of 6000 square meters. ==History== Liuyang Confucius Temple was built in the Earlier Song Dynasty (960-1127). In 1818, in the twenty-third year of the age of Jiaqing of Jiaqing Emperor, the temple was relocated in here. In 1843, in the twenty-third year of the age of Daoguang of Daoguang Emperor, the temple was rebuilt.
